Division Nine Contracting was established in 1990 after divesting from Russo Lath & Plaster, which was started in 1986. Since then, Thomas Russo and Kenneth Fenolio, have directed the company that is a general and plastering contractor in the state of Arizona. Division Nine s commercial services include tenant improvements, remodeling and renovation, fire proofing and fire restoration. The organization also specializes in plaster and exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), which includes lath and plaster, residential moisture drainage systems and metal suspension systems.
