In 1982 Dennis Ozarchuk, a Co-Owner, and the current President of DMO Food Equipment Services, Inc. started working as a food equipment/refrigeration service technician for ARR/CRS, a large and well-established food equipment service & parts company in Akron, Ohio. In a short time, Ozarchuk was actively developing the company's business in the Greater Cleveland Area. In 1988 under the direction and management of Ozarchuk, ARR/CRS opened a branch office in Cleveland. We focused on service and repair of equipment, evaluating commercial kitchens for maintenance contracts, working with large chain accounts, institutions and manufacturers in establishing quality preventive maintenance programs. In October of 1993, the Cleveland Branch was split off as a separate company and was purchased by Dennis and Maria as 50/50 working partners. DMO grew in size, added eight additional Service Technicians new vehicles.
