I started DoggieSteps NYC in June 2011 out of my love for dogs.
It all started with my childhood dog Alex who was a sweet, loving dog. We think he was a husky/greyhound blend.
I'm originally from Oregon and fondly remember going hiking and camping together -- not to mention his always taking up way more than half of my bed at night!
Now living in NYC, I love everything about New York -- so much to do and explore both for us and our pups, especially here on the Upper West Side with both Central Park and Riverside Park right out the door.
