Donald Keef & Associates is a consulting electrical engineering firm on the cutting edge of renewable energy development. Our primary specialty is wind energy generation systems, but we also design small hydroelectric generation projects, solar energy generation systems, and co-gen biomass units. We offer many services relating to collection system design and substation design. We have designed over 315 wind energy generation projects over the past 30 years. These designs total more than 11, 500MW of system generation and nearly 6, 000 wind turbine generators. Over 6, 000MW of that total has been recent work designed within the past four years alone. Our projects have been located in 28 different states and 6 countries outside the US, including Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Canada, and the Philippines. Two engineers on staff have over 25 years of experience in electrical design of wind generation facilities.
