The Amherst Cosmetic Surgery Center was established in 1988. Under the direction of Todd B. Koch, MD the practice initially offered all aspects of Plastic Surgery. Over the years the practice became more focused. It now offers only cosmetic enhancements services. Dr. Koch performs a broad spectrum of nonsurgical and surgical procedures. This led to the establishment of LeMediSpa. The first medical spa in the Western New York region. The Spa offers a comprehensive medical skin care program with many diverse office treatments. Medical grade cosmeceuticals are available for purchase. The mission of the practice is designed to make a person look and feel better about themselves.
