We will:Obtain and verify your physical therapy insurance benefits with your insurance carrier and obtain all insurance authorizations.Monitor expiration dates of your insurance authorization, the limitation of the number of visit and prescription expiration dates.Fax initial evaluations and progress reports to your physician before your next follow up appointment with your doctor.
