In the year 2000, two restaurant entrepreneurs with a combined 46 years of experience, bought the East Coast Wings brand. They quickly moved and re-tooled the East Coast Wings concept and its menu. They realized that there are not many buffalo style restaurants in America that offer a casual full service buffalo wing restaurant that concentrated on the food part of the menu verses pushing beer sales, or the bar concept. With the intention to deliver an atmosphere where anyone, including families, could enjoy the famous East Coast Wings style buffalo wings, they decided to design a warm d cor and trim back the bar atmosphere, creating the new East Coast Wings & Grill that is known today.
