East High School, located in Wauwatosa, Wis., is a college-preparatory school that provides academic education and higher learning opportunities. It enrolls more than 1,100 students in grades nine through 12. East High School offers more than 100 courses in various disciplines, such as English, math, physics, psychology, the United States history, science, social studies and foreign languages with a choice in French and German. Additionally, it provides courses in accounting, business law, health, business management and personal finance, photography, journalism, Web design, marketing, computer networking and family and consumer science. East High School also provides physical education and advanced-placement courses. It additionally organizes various extracurricular activities, such as music, choir, band, marching, orchestra and the National Honor Society program. The high school also provides SAT preparation classes and various sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, swimming and tennis. East High School is a part of the Wauwatosa School District.
