Founded in 2002 by Susan Fenske, she saw a need for improved systems for staffing support services and a shortage of responsible and responsive companies who understood the complexities of working with the Federal Government. She developed EGS to bring large business infrastructure and scalability and the small business charm of being a responsible and responsive staffing partner.
