We began baking praline bars over 30 years ago, and Eileen's Pralines was established in 2011 in Dallas TX for everyone to enjoy. Texan's all over the state have fallen hats over boots for her special original mix of texas grown pecans, brown sugar, butter, topped with cruchy honey grahmn crackers. We now offer 7 different varieties. Original, oatmeal (nut free), gluten-free, chocolate, sweet n salty, cayenne, and chipotle for some of that southern kick. We are located at various farmers markets, festivals, special events, and online.
