The El Paso Border Youth Athletic Association (EPBYAA) is a non-profit athletic organization established in the summer of 2000.Founder Dr. Dwayne Aboud initiated this venture in an effort to rekindle the spirit of youth baseball in El Paso and to identify, encourageand advanceyouthbaseball and softball talent to its highest potential, and tradethis potential for an education or career.
