Elephant Bar Restaurant offers Asian cuisine and specialty dishes from the Pacific Rim. The restaurant chain operates more than 40 outlets, including an outlet in Fremont, Calif. Its menu includes Asian chicken and lettuce wraps, Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls, coconut shrimp skewers and chicken salad. The restaurant also serves Bangkok pad Thai noodles with shrimp and vegetables, signature shrimp adventure platters, Kona BBQ pork ribs and New York steak sandwiches.
