Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Center provides nursing care and rehabilitation services to patients throughout Ohio. It provides physical and occupational therapies to the patients that include prosthetic management, gait training, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and evaluation of upper extremity functions. It also provides speech therapy for treatment of hearing, language, cognition, swallowing and speech disorders. The medical services offered by the center include recreational and intravenous therapies; respiratory and hospice care; tube feeding; nutrition and diet counseling; and geriatric and respite care. It also provides a variety of recreational activities for patients, such as art, music, horticulture and cultural programs; community outings; and religious activities. The additional services offered by the center include 24-hour security monitoring, language translation, laundry and transportation. Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Center is located in Cleveland.
