Elsa Ross opened in 1989 as a shoe store trying to fill a gap in Nob Hill. Years later, upon addition of several dozen womenswear lines, mother-daughter team Elsa and Emma have risen to esteem as purveyors of all things fashion. The beautiful 2,800 square ft space is home to anywhere from 40-50 upmarket lines per season and has served the area as a treasure trove of fabulosity and the new sartorial standard.
