Skyline Multimedia Entertainment is a holding company engaged in the worldwide development and operation of next-generation entertainment facilities. New York Skyline, a wholly owned subsidiary, owns and operates the NYSKYRIDE, a multimillion-dollar flight simulator attraction located in the Empire State Building. On Dec. 22, 1994, the company commenced operations of NYSKYRIDE and began generating revenue from ticket sales to the attraction and the sale of merchandise at its souvenir and concession area. NYSKYRIDE is an aerial tour of New York City that sends guests on a ride around, above and even below all that the city has to offer from the comfort of a specially equipped, motion-simulated, big screen theater seat. Through advanced flight simulation, the ride puts the passenger in the middle of the action. Comic Yakov Smirnoff and James Doohan, Scotty from the original Star Trek , guide the journey.
