To ensure you receive the best experience at Escada, we have designed tiered stylist programs so that you may have a chance to choose which stylist meets your needs. Apprentices: We participate in the apprentice program certified by the State of VA. Escada combines education and practical experience so our apprentices may achieve knowledge to be licensed by the state. Stylist: Our stylists have 2-5 years of experience and have completed advanced training in cutting and coloring. Senior Stylist: Senior stylists have 5-10 years' experience and have achieved advanced skills in cutting and coloring from years of seminars, classes and training. Master Stylist: Master stylists have 10+ years' experience and have completed training in all levels of hair styling and coloring. Master stylists also are mentors the apprentices and stylists.
