Who We Are The mission of Étoffe Makara is to delight our customers and realize their decorative dreams in exquisite fabrics with historically inspired designs and classic imageries. What We Do From our atelier in the Seattle area, we create custom designs and in the tradition of master printers we hand-print on carefully selected velvets, silks and other luxurious fabrics. How We Work with You Our goal is to create luxurious decorative soft furnishings by allowing our clients to customize our work to better suit their special requirements. For custom projects, we offer computerized design lay-out as well as a swatch set program which allows the clients to better conceptualize their visions. Combining our selection of inks, fabrics, unique designs and our “savoir faire”, one can choose to have either a harmonious or eclectic collection. This is what makes Étoffe Makara such an exiting and unique line.
