Events on 6th is a newly-renovated Gothic Revival chapel located in the heart of the Sixth Avenue Business District.
The Events on 6th! Facility is the historic former Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, a striking Gothic Revival cut-stone structure with a bell tower on the Northwest corner.
The sanctuary features stained glass windows on the north and west facades, a majestic vaulted ceiling, and seating for up to 250. The original pipe organ, installed in 1926, still produces beautiful tones which are enhanced by the natural acoustics of the sanctuary.
Our singular features include the ability to hold both the ceremony and reception in the same building, the capability of having a traditional chapel wedding without the challenges of getting married in a practicing church, and also the unique layout of different spaces that are all included in our wedding package.
