While living in Switzerland, Bill Dixon developed a love for great cheese and bread. He learned the art of fondue and became obsessed with sharing his new found love with the masses. Opening a fondue restaurant when he returned home to America became his dream.
His successful career in machinery delayed his dream to open up a fondue restaurant until the Fall of 2014, but it didn't dwindle his love for all things fondue. Together, with his wife, Celine, they've created a fun, affordable and delicious fondue restaurant - where everyone from the novice to seasoned foodie will be able to pair their favorite dippers with the sweet and savory ELF fondues.
