The Fairhaven Healthcare Center is a nonprofit, managed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The center is owned by AdventCare and managed by Platinum-Care. It offers a range of services on a 24-hour basis to meet the physical, social and psychological needs of residents. The center provides individual and group counseling and physical, occupational and speech therapy services. The Fairhaven Healthcare Center also offers podiatry, dental, laboratory, pharmacy and nutritional planning services. It maintains more than 160 beds and has been accredited by The Joint Commission. The center also operates a dementia special care unit. Additionally, the Fairhaven Healthcare Center offers respiratory therapy services for the treatment and management of acute and chronic respiratory disorders.
