Fairview Early Education Center serves children up to the age of 5 and their families. The center provides parent-child interaction sessions and center-based classroom instruction. The center also offers English as a Second Language and bilingual Spanish classroom programs for limited English proficient children. In addition, the center provides screening, placement, transportation and diagnostic services for the early childhood program. Apart from the academic curriculum, the center also emphasizes music and art classes. It is operated by Rockford Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle, high and special education schools in kindergarten through grade 12.
