Most of all, we are inspired by the Houston culture – warmth, genuine hospitality and the importance placed on family.Our passion for cooking international food led us to establish Fajitas To Go, located in heart of Houston, Texas Medical Center area. Keeping in mind what our local HOUSTONIANS eat daily, we also wanted to cater to medical patients who travel to Houston, as well as international travelers. We decided to invest in our Houston community by providing healthy, home cooked meals in our restaurant. To further demonstrate our commitment to Houston, Texas, we send a select group of employees each month to the food Institute and food program to become immersed in the culture, gain inspiration and learn the fundamentals of international cooking. We love to learn more of Houston’s diversified culture. Our Texas Medical Center inspired us to open new doors to healthy food input into our society. Our Mission With your health in mind... We strive to provide our customers with great tasting foods that are healthy! Our goal is to serve only organic vegetables, herbs and spices as often as possible. In addition, our first choice of dairy and meats are from animals that are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids or synthetic harmones. It is important to us to prepare high quality, healthy foods without sacrificing the flavor that our customers enjoy and have come to expect from us!
