The Fall Creek Home is a full-line supplier building single-width homes in both 14- and 16-foot widths to sectional homes in 20-, 24-, 28-, and 32-foot widths. The company provides homes in a variety floor plans. Shortly after it was established, Fall Creek became one of the fastest growing manufactured housing companies in the United States. In the fall of 2003, Fall Creek became a Capital First Company. Capital First has the financial resources to maintain Fall Creek with a product that exceeds industry standards in engineering, design and energy savings. In its first 25 years of history, Capital First has never sold or closed any of its acquisitions. With its manufacturing plant located in Elkhart, Ind., Fall Creek was established in 1998.
