Opened in 2002, FireWorks Restaurant specializes in wood-fired cooking. Based in Lincoln, Neb., it features a wood-fired rotisserie, wood-fired pizza oven and a wood-fired grill. The menu features starters, homemade soups, salads and sides, wood-fired pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, steaks, kid s meals, drinks and beverages. The restaurant includes a bar in the dining area for lunch guests and Happy Hour customers. FireWorks Restaurant's decor includes natural textures of wood and stone, the main dining area includes ample seating in booths, at tables, in private dining rooms or in the three-season patio. It has its own micro-brewery, Empyrean Brewing Company and offers rooms for various occasions, such as business meetings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties and graduation receptions.
