About Us! pacovers, Fletcher's covering company was established in 1963. It began with reupholstering interiors for cars, boats and airplanes. It then progress into motorcylce seats which we stopped making in the 80's. We began making spa covers and added bar-b-que covers to our line in 1985. In the 90's our products range has grown to include lawn furniture, electronic instrument covers, water softener covers and a variety of covers for chemical companies.
