The annual Florida State Fairgrounds is more than 355-acre complex. It is located off of interstate highway near some of Florida's most popular attractions. These attractions include beaches, state parks, historic locations, downtown business, shopping malls and numerous hotels and restaurants. Each building on the grounds features its own unique specifications and is adaptable for a variety of uses. The fairgrounds features an equestrian center and Cracker Country, which features thirteen original buildings dating from 1870-1912 that were restored with antiques from that period.
