Their customer service is impeccable. For example - once, I sent flowers to the hospital, only to learn later that the patient had already been discharged - by the time I contacted Flower Hut, they had already re-routed the flowers -- he received them at his home that same afternoon, and they were beautiful. Everyone who's seen their arrangements has been absolutely blown away - and the flowers last for ages (my great-aunt raves about them). It gives me tremendous peace of mind, knowing that I can order from a local business (even though I live in New England) and their service and products are so reliable. Owner would not give cash refund after photos were taken and wilted flowers returned within 48 hours.
