Footprints Carolina

Headquartered in Gastonia, N.C., Footprints Carolina provides case management services through assessment, coordination, monitoring and planning. It offers services to the residents of more than 20 counties in North Carolina who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and related substance abuse issues.
