Frasca Hospitality Group was established in July 1998. Susan Frasca formed Frasca Hospitality Group to purchase and operate several existing Chicago destination restaurants that are successfully bringing back the color and excitement of dining out in the burgeoning River North area. FHG restaurants have received numerous multi-star ratings from the Chicago Tribune, Zagat Survey, Bon Appetite, Chicago and Esquire magazines. Its restaurants include the Kinzie Chophouse and Mambo Grill. Kinzie Chophouse is the home of cuts of beef, plus award-winning lamb chops, poultry and homemade pasta. The restaurant opened in 1990. Mambo Grill is an energetic, spirited spot with South and Central American specialties and hearty portions that opened in 1993. Frasca Hospitality Group is located in Chicago.
