Freedom Elementary School enrolls more than 900 students in kindergarten through grade six, and offers a range of educational, extracurricular and athletic activities. It has a school site council and a parents club that participates in decision-making processes and evaluates the quality of programs that serve their children. The elementary school offers various athletic activities, such as basketball, wrestling, softball, cross country, baseball, volleyball and track. In addition, it provides health screening, transportation and psychological services. The school offers several extracurricular programs, such as yearbook, a student council, drama and pep club. Freedom Elementary School is located in Clovis, Calif., and is a part of the Clovis Unified School District.
