Founded in 1984, the Fremont Urgent Care Center is a medical center that provides a range of urgent medical care and occupational medicine services. The center offers treatment for illnesses, injuries and lacerations. It conducts laboratory and blood tests, as well as offers X-ray and immunization services. Located in Fremont, Calif., the center s physicians also treat sprains and strains. It provides functional capacity, instant, federal drug screen and breathe alcohol testing services.
