Pilgrim's Natureway is a subsidiary of Nutraceutical International Corporation, one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of branded nutritional supplements. It sells its products to health and natural food stores in the United States under the brand names Solaray, KAL, NaturalMax, VegLife, Premier One, Sunny Green, Natural Sport, ActiPet, Action Labs, Miztique and Thompson. In addition to branded products, Nutraceutical manufactures premium bulk formulations for use in its own products and for sale to other manufacturers and marketers of nutritional supplements under the trade names Monarch Nutritional Laboratories and Great Basin Botanicals. Since its formation in 1993, the company has acquired a number of subsidiaries, including Solaray, Premier One Products, Makers of KAL, Monarch Nutraceuticals, Action Labs, NutraForce International, Woodland Publishing, Summit Graphics and Thompson Nutritionals.
