Fresno Adult School provides learning opportunities for adults and their families to improve their skills, pursue knowledge, seek advancement and enhance their self worth. It is an adult education center that provides services in various locations in California, including Fresno. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Its English as a Second Language classes are designed to help students learn to speak, understand, read and write English. Additionally, its adult basic education classes improve basis reading, writing and mathematics skills. The school s independent study program allows students to earn their high school diploma while studying at home. It conducts courses at Cesar Chavez, Adult School, Manchester Center, Fresno High School, Bullard High School and the Sunnyside High School.
