* If you're tired of cramped facilities with limited class times and no opportunities for the entire family to train, then you need to check out Futo-Kan. We offer 68 classes throughout the week, most designed to allow mom, dad and children to train at the same time. While kid's are practicing their martial arts, the parent's can get a great workout in one of our 22 kickboxing classes.
* We are a true family martial arts facility. We have a great community of students, ranging in ages from 3 to 62. We provide a safe place to train and grow throughout your martial arts career. For most students, Futo-Kan is their extended family.
Services/Products
Futo-Kan offers professional instruction in multiple martial arts disciplines. We have more than 10 certified instructors on staff who are all experts in their respected field.
Our programs includes training in the following,Tae Kwon Do. A martial art focused on KICKS. Our curriculum focuses on traditional forms, weapons training, light-contact sparring and XMA.,Brazilian Jiu-Jistu. Commonly seen in the UFC, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu demonstrates that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a larger, stronger opponent through the proper application of leverage and technique. Our program is led by Coach Joey Chase.,Kickboxing. We offer more than 20 kickboxing classes per week that is geared toward fitness. Our instructors are all highly experienced martial artists, trainers, or professional fighters. You will learn skills, new exercises, and different styles, including kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, and Tae Kwon Do. You'll get a great workout while having a lot of fun in the process.,Kid's Martial Arts. A great way to develop basic skills including balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. We also teach students to respect others and help mom and dad at home.
