Established in 1996, Garden City Elementary School offers educational classes to more than 550 students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school s curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, the language arts, music, computer, health and physical education. The school offers a variety of special programs that include English for Speakers of Other Languages and courses for gifted and talented students. It also provides a gifted, School-wide Title 1, Quiz Bowl, Spelling Bee, and Reading and Math Marathon programs. Its facilities include science and computer laboratories, Working on the Work Demonstration School and a parent center. Garrison Elementary School is operated by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System and is located in Savannah, Ga.
