I was expecting atleast 2 weeks for the repairs to be ready. Nope! They had the machines ready the very next day and both run like their brand new. Thank goodness cuz I had a tree go down in my front yard and needed my chainsaw! Saved me a hefty arborist bill. . They even explained to me how to prevent the previous problems from happening again. They performed a very quick turn around on my mower repair.\r
The cost of my repair was not outrageous.\r

They became an exercise in frustration when trying to pick up my mower after it's quick repair. My partner dropped off the mower on Tues, mid-day and they had it repaired Wednesday morning. I missed their call, but called their front desk a few minutes later. I spoke to the counter girl, and explained that I could not come in today (Wed) to get it but that I would stop be after I got off work tomorrow. On Thurs I went to the office early so I could leave early to make it by their posted 530pm closing time.(Note my partner could not pay for the repairs) We arrived at Gassett's at 514pm, the place was locked tight with the gates chained just under their large hours signs proclaiming them to be open till 530pm. I tried again on Fri to retreive my mower, I was able to get there at 504pm and again, locked up. I was not able to get my mower back until the following Wed when I could arrrange to go in late to work so I could be there when they opened at their posted opening time at 8am. When I tried to explain my frustration to the owner, I was given the explaination that if they don't have customers for a period of 4 hours during the day, they just go home. That when he does this he saves money and is thus able to stay in business. I was admonished I should have called them. I tried to explain that I had told the counter girl I would be in late on that Thurs but was given a deaf ear. I paid for my repair, retreived my mower and left. This is one business that is more than glad to explain the value of their time, but couldn't care less about the value of their customers time.\r

In closing, my first hope is that my mower will never need repair again. However, if it does, next time I'll wait for the shops with a 2 week wait, and Sat hours in the ""winter season"" becuase they at least understand the v
