Swedish Massage
A relaxing full body massage with light to medium pressure. It improves circulation while alleviating muscle stiffness, irritability, insomnia and fatigue. The whole body is addressed using long gliding strokes, gentle kneading and compressive muscle manipulation with an unscented anti-allergenic massage lotion.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Releases chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and direct deep pressure across the muscle grain, while breaking up and eliminating scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or after the massage.
Hot Stone Massage
A full Swedish massage done with hot stones that add penetrating heat to allow deep relaxation.
Reflexology and Massage
Reflexology is the ancient art of Chinese pressure point massage, focused mainly on the feet and hands. It is a method of allowing the reflex points in the feet and hands to improve the nerve network and has the ability to affect all parts of the body to promote healing and well-being. Reflexology has been shown to relive stress, reduce pain and headaches and boost the immune system. Either feet or hands or both.
