Gemstone NEMT service is a transportation service. AT gemstone we provide RELIABLE/AFFORDABLE transportation service to OUR community seniors. Veterans and those with disabilities. Customers CAN enjoy a comfortable ride to and from their destination hassle free. ALL transportation reservations must BE made monday thru saturday between the hours of 500 AM to 1000 PM. We will accommodate ALL requests with proper notice. The Company will BE closed ALL DAY on christmas and resume service on the next DAY AT the regular time. The regular customers will have a SET schedule every week. Anyone that Isn&rsquot a regular customer will call the dispatcher to SET UP a time of pick UP/DROP OFF and destinations. If a customer wants to GO outside the harris county radius. They must give AT least a week in advance notice. The price MAY vary depending on the location.
