Founded in 1799, Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School is a college preparatory school for girls. The school offers a wide variety of college preparatory, honors and advanced placement courses in various subjects. It has athletic teams for various sports, including cross country, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, tennis, basketball, swimming, lacrosse and softball.
