Gilbert Parks and Recreation Department offers various leisure and recreational activities for people of all ages. It offers a youth ball program to boys and girls who are interested in playing the game of softball and baseball, wrestling camp for beginners and experienced wrestlers, adult indoor volleyball, art, belly dancing and martial arts classes, softball leagues and adult tennis lessons. The department also organizes workshops on basketry, attention deficit disorders, parenting, and symptoms and solutions for premenstrual syndrome, as well as youth field trips.
