The Glendale Sports Center is a state-of-the-art fitness facility featuring premier Technogym cardio and weight equipment, yoga, Pilates, a dance studio, weight room, group exercise classes and Zumba all included in membership. Equipment orientations and fitness assessments are provided. Other health and wellness options include personal training and TRX Suspension Training. Beyond the impressive fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.
