Gold Coast Surveying, incorporated in 1983, established a base of operation in Vista, California.With the intent to provide surveying and mapping services to private individuals, municipalities, public agencies, and private firms that do not maintain a surveying and mapping staff. This firm carries professional, general, and auto liability insurance with $1,000,000 coverage for each. We consider quality control and cost containment of utmost importance. The diligent pursuit of excellence in both is our only acceptable practice whether the project is small or large. Gold Coast Surveying, Inc., has two licensed land surveyors on staff. Other qualified field and office support personnel work under the licensed surveyors for support. Our staff commands a variety of talents enhanced by a diverse background of experience. Our firm utilizes modern equipment to efficiently perform and process our field survey data. This is accomplished with the use of Electronic Total Stations; Geometer 610 and Lieca TRCA 1101 instruments with robotics and/or reflectorless capabilities or GPS Receivers Lieca GX1230 and SR530 with CDMA DATA modems, Ashtec Z12 and Z Surveyor with Pacific Crest Radios. All GPS receivers can be used for static, rapid static, or real-time RTK data collection. All instruments and receivers interface with state-of-the-art electronic data collectors with stakeout capabilities (including slope staking).
