Established in 1947, Goodwill of Central Arizona is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a range of services to people with various disabilities. The organization provides a variety of employment transition, planning, development and skills training services. It administers the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) program. Goodwill of Central Arizona also maintains a rehabilitation services department. Additionally, it operates a staffed solutions department that supplies personnel in the areas of accounting, administrative services, clerical, computer support and construction.
