Gordon Biersch Brewing Company is driven by a passion for beer. The company s brewing engineer, Dan Gordon, is the only American in 40 years to graduate from the prestigious five-year brewing program at Weinhestephan in Germany. Its 114,000-square-foot facility in San Jose, Calif., has the capacity to produce 85,000 barrels of authentic German-style lagers. Gordon Biersch features Golden Export, M rzen, Pilsner and Blonde Bock for distribution in bottles and kegs throughout California, Hawaii, Nevada and Arizona. The company also operates nearly 20 restaurant locations in the United States and Canada. Its menu consists of appetizers and entrees influenced by a variety of cuisines.
