Grace Community Christian School, founded in 1975, offers educational programs to more than 600 students in prekindergarten through grade eight. The school operates as a ministry of Grace Community Church. Its curriculum includes English, art, computer application, science, foreign language, math, music, reading, social studies, technology education and physical education. In addition, it provides Bible instruction, prayer and weekly chapel service, and search and teach intervention program for kindergarten students. The school provides various extracurricular activities, such as music, jazz, string, choir, field trips and camps. The school also provides various sports for the physical development of its students, including basketball, softball, volleyball, baseball and soccer. Grace Community Christian School is approved by the Association of Christian Schools International, and is located in Tempe, Ariz.
