Offer technical assistance consultation to communities with developing and/or existing home visiting programs, preschool or other programs to support safe and nurturing environments for children, in order to promote excellence in program design, implementation, evaluated results and community integration. Identify opportunities for developing significant long-term support, financial and otherwise, to promote nurturing and safe environments for children, and to undertake advocacy and other initiatives that capitalize on those opportunities.
