The Gund Company is a third generation family business. Ed and Paul Gund decided to start E.P. Gund Company in 1963 as a manufacturers representative organization with principals, including Haysite Corporation, Varflex Sleeving and Wisconsin Porcelain. The Gund Company moved into material distribution with a stocking facility. The company has grown into one of the largest fabricators of thermoset composite materials. The company s services include engineered component manufacturing, raw material and custom part fabrication, insulating component application engineering and inventory management, kitting, and assembly services. The Gund Companies include The Gund Company, headquartered in Saint Louis; MM&M Electrical Supply, headquartered in Cedar Lake, Ind.; and TGC West, headquartered in San Bernardino, Calif.
