Habilitative Systems provides integrated human services to children, adults, families and persons with disabling conditions that help them to achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency. It is a multifaceted human service agency that plays a substantial role in the articulation, development and delivery of programs and services to improve the quality of life in targeted areas. It provides behavioral health, children and family, disabilities management and residential services. The agency began in 1978, and has grown from four programs more than 45 programs that serve in excess of 7,000 persons annually in over 12 sites on Chicago's west and south sides. It is a member of the Child Care Association of Illinois, Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities and Illinois Association for Private Schools. Habilitative Systems is located in Chicago.
