Mark Haggerty was born in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. His practice has been in the areas of real estate business, securities and finance/business law. Over the past 30 years, Mark has served as a member of numerous public and private boards and foundations, including chairing audit and finance committees.
Mr. Haggerty offers over 30 years of legal experience. He was in private practice as an employee, shareholder, director and youngest vice president of a firm in Minneapolis. During the 1970's he was a contract prosecutor and then specialized in corporate, securities and medical law. He has structured and closed over $1 billion dollars in financings for numerous projects including medical clinics and nursing homes throughout the United States. In 1987, Mr. Haggerty became President of Haggerty & Associates, Inc and consulted for private companies and the US Agency for International Development in the U.S., Europe and Africa.
Since 2004, Mark serves as general counsel to FPP Investment Advisors, Inc.
