Founded in 1908, Harbin Clinic is one of the largest multispecialty health centers in Georgia. Started as Harbin Hospital, it got its present name in 1948. Based in Rome, Ga., the clinic offers full laboratory and radiology services, including a 64-slice computed tomography (CT) scanner, high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), extremity MRI and bone densitometry. Some of the comprehensive ancillary services of the clinic include a certified vascular laboratory, dialysis center, diabetes management center, sleep disorders center, vitality wellness center and the Harbin Clinic vein center. It has the distinction of being one of the first in Northwest Georgia to use Electronic Medical Records.
